OVELO is a rebranded multifamily residential community in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles. Formerly known as The Rise Hollywood, the property underwent a repositioning to better reflect its evolving identity, location, and target residents, emphasizing a more contemporary, lifestyle-driven living experience. The goal of the rebrand was to establish a distinctive and modern identity that separates OVELO from its previous brand while aligning more closely with the energy and creativity of Hollywood. The new brand needed to feel elevated, urban, and memorable.
The OVELO rebrand successfully repositioned the property with a clear, cohesive identity that aligns with its Hollywood location and lifestyle audience. The refreshed visual system helps attract new residents while signaling a new chapter for the community.
