OROS by Soltura is a rental home community located in Johnson, Arkansas, just north of Fayetteville in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Designed to blend modern residential living with the natural beauty of the Ozark region, the community offers a lifestyle that merges peaceful suburban comfort with vibrant local energy and outdoor adventure. The goal was to create a brand identity that reflects the balance between modern design and the natural character of the Ozarks. The brand needed to feel welcoming, active, and contemporary while reinforcing the community’s connection to nature, outdoor recreation, and the charm of Northwest Arkansas.
The challenge was developing a brand that captured the rugged beauty of the Ozarks and the warmth of a Midwestern community without leaning into rustic clichés. The identity needed to appeal to residents seeking spacious, modern homes with convenient access to trails, parks, and the growing cultural energy of Fayetteville.
